RETURN & EXCHANGE
 

Our exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the date you receive your order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange if more than 7 days have passed.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging.

To initiate an exchange, please email us at shringaramchennai@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Order information
  • Reason for requesting the exchange

This request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Once we review and validate your request, we will inform you whether the exchange has been approved or declined.

Return Shipping:
If your exchange is approved, please send the item to the following address:

You will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred when returning your item to us. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

If an exchange is approved, any applicable costs—including shipping, import duties, levies, payment gateway fees, and currency conversion charges from the original order—will be borne by you and reflected in the final settlement of the exchange.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

Please note that colors displayed on your device may vary due to differences in screen resolution, brightness, color calibration, and temperature across devices. If you would like more clarity before making a purchase, we encourage you to contact our customer engagement team—they’ll be happy to share ‘daylight’ images to help you make an informed decision.
Exchanges will not be accepted based on color perception concerns.

Shringaram Silks is not responsible for any damage that occurs to the sari after purchase due to rain, overuse, stains, incorrect cleaning, improper care, or general wear and tear.

Blouse lengths—whether attached or ‘running’—may vary due to differences in woven warp lengths. These measurements are specified on our online store as part of each product's description. If you're shopping at one of our retail stores, please request a measurement before purchase if blouse length is a concern.

Please note that once sari services such as fall and pico stitching, tassel work, or blouse detachment have been requested, the item is no longer eligible for exchange or return.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
However, if you are unable to find a suitable product for exchange, you may choose to retain the paid amount as store credit for a future purchase.

Order Cancellations
As we begin processing your order immediately upon confirmation, we are unable to accommodate cancellations once payment has been made.
